Really screwed myself over today. Worked a nighy shift, so off at 7am, dentist appointment at 8am (hopefully I make it on time & not stuck in traffic), then signed up to volunteer at 5pm; 90 minutes away…sleeping at my parents between dentist and volunteering…imma be dead tired.

reminded today that you don't get paid sick leave under the new Employer act thingy if you haven't worked there in 30 days. Grateful I can survive without the funds, and I think it's a fine rule...but made me think of others who would just go to work instead of staying home sick.

haven't been able to fall asleep until Noon after a night shift this week...so I'm needing higher amounts of caffeine on shift to feel alert...so now I'm anxious cuz of the caffeine lol...such a fine line...
