The discharge act will move the Epstein Files Transparency Act to a vote that will then move to the senate and that Trump can veto, if he even needs to since he ordered new investigations. Not to be too pessimistic.

This memo is supposedly laying out a legal rationale for blowing up small boats that could easily be intercepted (which would be both legal and smarter strategy)
Adding language trying protect personnel that follow the orders from future prosecution is a confession that the rationale is very weak.

Not seeing any evidence for that yet. But do suspect XAI played some role in getting the Feds here. While there have been large meetings, protests have been intermittent and inconsistent. There was a “funeral” for XAI recently. No incidents that I’m aware of. That said, I may have missed stuff.

Yeah. My kids live in Chicago and we are there all the time. Both cities are pretty segregated but Memphis has worse urban sprawl and much lower population density. It makes successful copying difficult. But I wear my whistle anyway.
