When I worked in corporate advertising, I had a great rapport with my clients. One was this handsome married black man, very intelligent, successful, had some properties, owned a consulting biz & also worked for an HBCU. He seemed to have it all.

My daughters & I are a bit diff from the average, but we’ve found there are pros & cons to being the fireworks.
This song used to make me melancholy to think of the cons - like loneliness.
Comes w/the territory, but I’ve made peace with it & wouldn’t trade it. 🎆
