I see it all of the time and everywhere. So many people DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON and this is actually usually by design. People are busy trying to survive, people are in info silos, people don't like to do politics, etc etc etc...

I can allow this. But it does make it a challenge when my autistic brain has a catalogue of all the license plates that should be in our lot and suddenly it's different 😅

nobody is allowed to get a new vehicle or new plates anymore. my nervous system can't take it

If you are not anti-ICE...

you would not be anti-Gestapo, anti-SS, anti-Goebbels, or anti-Hitler. And you sure as hell aren't a good person with a different opinion.

Even our most conservative teachers are handing out red cards and asking me for resources and pissed. This is not partisan!!!

And SOMEHOW we are still trying to teach math, reading, writing, English as an additional language in my case, science, history... and parents are still BLAMING THEMSELVES for not doing enough if their kids are struggling.

And, we all love these kids. We protect, support, and care for each other.

• getting multiple messages on ICE verifier chats that calls were made in multiple nearby cities

• a friend texting me that ICE was at that moment at a school in a neighboring town we both have folks at

• families of kids I have known for years self-deporting and not being able to say goodbye

• parents breaking down because in a two income household they are down to one income while the other hides and they are struggling to make ends meet

• parents worried about SNAP benefits getting cut

told her that and she apologized for not having a filter. like, girl same, and also, it's because she's the only one I know who knows what bodies are supposed to do.

When I move weird and she says "OH GOD", it means something. Otherwise I have no metric for what is and isn't supposed to happen.
