"Natural flavorings" is an excellent example of why folks with allergies or MCAS can't trust ingredient labels.
Here's the FDA's definition of a "natural flavor." It's so many things that eating anything with "natural flavors" on the ingredient label is like playing Russian roulette.

So. My friend sent me a reel of chicken pot pie filling stuffed twice baked potatoes, and I recreated it for my dietary needs, swapping the peas out for mushies and making a roux out of roast chicken drippings, corn starch, and oat milk for the base. Got stoned and added a fried egg. Behold.

This all came from one aloe vera plant. All in one pot and I'd been putting off separating it even as it outgrew the pot. Now it's 7 full size plants. I think I've had the initial plant for 9 years
