Let me give some insight on this, as a producer in the dub industry who worked with major streamers, who's witnessed first-hand where this push for AI is coming from.
tl;dr: Only CEOs want this. Tell them how much you hate it. Be loud, email, call, @, post. You will kill this.

The only thing less human than these AI dub performances is the decision to sign off on them

Gonna be real, I don't like the term "friendslop." It devalues the legitimate work that indie devs put into their games, and it blatantly ignores the emergent gameplay that stems from a highly social experience.

I've actually been working on it shortly after I left the SAMMI team, as I had so much I wanted to do for SAMMI but ultimately things kept getting in the way.

What might be my favourite fossil has been just published by Kiat et al. 2025. Years ago I saw a pic of this Anchiornis specimen in nat geo article and I audibly gasped.preserving not only the feathers but also the original patterns as well. I made this drawing on the spot. Maybe its time to do v2.0

Waaa I feel so much better he’s clearly feeling way better, back to sleeping in his usual places with his eyes open to scare the crap outta me. He’s started coming up when the alarm goes off again too 😮💨 sorry for all the cat posting, we have a follow up in two months to check progress 💕

THANK YALL SO MUCH 😭😭😭 thank yall for helping meet the goal. He’s eaten on his own finally and even begged for food like he usually would double relief im ugly crying and exhausted, didn’t realize how much stress I was holding up

Sorry I've been quiet, I've been super busy and my cat has been getting sicker over the week and it was really upsetting. He's FINALLY started eating/drinking again though 😭 he's got early stages of kidney disease along with a few other issues so navigating how to manage that now. 🥹
