I coughed so hard yesterday I had a horrid pain in my collar n shoulder area. It went away after ~10m or so and I went about the rest of the day fine but now waking up it hurts so bad it’s giving me a headache yeesh wtf

I've gotten a lot of requests for it, and after having talked with my manu we can bring the orange parasaur back in stock AND launch the skelly para but only IF we can get at least 30 preorders! Without you guys, its not possible! Do we have at least 30 peeps interested if I open this?

I did this for a bit, my biggest issue was not eating enough. Though my sleep was also closer to 8 hours. I didn’t feel overly exhausted once I got the right amount of food coming in and overall was alright.👌 (I had a trainer/coach at the time)

Doing stuff like sending a reminder message you think of them over disc, small “go out for coffee” dates every few months, maybe a mailed letter for irl friends, or just a text “hey I’m so busy but miss you!” Is enough. c:

Schedule things and schedule time for yourself. Unfortunately being an adult now-a-days just involves a lot of everyone always being busy, no one will hold it against you. You will have to decline some things sometimes and that’s ok.

I guess he didn't like my coverage of the topic. He is attempting to remove any trace of his alleged bad behavior from the internet. We of course will fight this as it falls under fair use
