We loved the main Christmas Market in Vienna, and were impressed until we got to Salzburg. The Christmas Market in Residenzplatz (Salzburg) is definitely the better of the two. So much more variety, better prices, and less "Disney" feeling. (Still, if you're in Vienna...go anyway. Better for kids.)

Turkey (and gravy) turned out amazing! I used ThatDudeCanCook's recipe. I have a tried-and-true, but wanted to try this because it took about 45 minutes for the dark meat, and 25 for the breasts. Only thing I did different was stagger the start times so they were done at the same time. (Link below)
