As we know, pitchers injuries are tied to velo/effort/overuse, but it’s always interesting because there really is no solution.
Very few will risk performance to protect health when there are 10,000 guys behind you that are endlessly willing to ignore all risks for a chance to pitch in the majors.

Eggnog is one of those things that I absolutely love once per year, twice at most. My former roommate and I had the same feelings and it was perfect. We could buy the smallest container at the store, each have 1 or 2 glasses, not throw any away and not have to drink more of it than we cared to.
Ima confess to yall... Ive never had eggnog. Cant get past the look and texture.

I don’t think Tampa Bay fans should expect to get the All Star-caliber form he showed in Toronto, but a tick up from his ‘24 would still be a noted improvement over much of their C production last year.
