the reason this isn't about "food safety tips in a time of deregulation" is because there are none. besides "be very wealthy," maybe, and not even then. this is a collective problem with a collective solution, which we already have, and need to fight for!!!!

Exactly. People need to stop fantasizing about individual salvation during collective collapse and put that energy towards slowing down or undoing the material damage to collective and public progress we’re seeing.
