2. No AI without employee input;
3. No AI for violence, surveillance, or mass deportation.

Patty Martin, Save our Soil in Quincy, WA: there are 400 locomotive-sized diesel generators for data centers within a two mile radius in Quincy. The city kept filling Determinations of Nonsignificance…there was a willingness to bring in polluting industry.
