WHATS ALLOWED? -Making merch like prints, charms, buttons, keychains, stickers, anything handmade or one-of-a-kind, fanzines… -You can sell digital merch like emojis, wallpapers, and digital fanbooks, but you cannot make fan games or DLC/expansions for ISAT. -They must be your own artwork/designs. -Physical merch must be sold in limited quantities (less than 500 copies) -You must state that this is unofficial merch!!! WHAT ARE THE RESTRICTIONS? -Do not sell merch via Redbubble, InPrint, or other large online store. -Do not sell anything with official artwork or sprites (yes, this includes the mspaint doodles I’ve made) -Do not sell things with the In Stars and Time logo on it, or the insertdisc5 logo. You also can’t put “In Stars and Time” on the merch itself, as it is trademarked. -Do not make products that compete with any official merch on the Yetee or Makeship. IE If you’re making plushies, they must be easily discernible from Makeship plushies. - This fanmerch policy applies to fans, and is not intended for professional retailers or manufacturers. If you fall into one of those categories and still want to sell ISAT merch, please contact us directly to discuss licensing opportunities. -If my lawyers tell me it’s necessary, I can halt any particular unofficial items’ sale. -At any point, I can reverse the decision to allow fanmerch.
