This is…. quite bad, and just straight up makes me question the ability of IFPA to actually put their money where their mouth is in terms of inclusion statements.
It’s not too late to fix this, but the way they keep digging the grave sure makes it a lot harder.

Reading the policy I think the extreme backlash is a bit overblown as it's largely right now solving a major issue of accountability in AI-assist coding that's already happening without any accountability

I still think it's a bad idea rn to explicitly allow it even under strict guidelines
