Interesting how the mayor of Wilder (Idaho) sees the ICE raid (masquerading as a clampdown on illegal gambling) so differently than almost everyone else.

The message seems obvious: anyone who crosses Trump's need to dominate will be taken out.

I completely agree with the Fourth Amendment Is Not For Sale Act (FANFSA), closing a loophole that lets the US government sidestep the 4th Amendment requirement to get a warrant to access US person's info, digital or otherwise. Kudos to @loganmcmillen.bsky.social.

@ag.state.mn.us : does ICE fit the legal definition of law enforcement that is exempt from MN's "xxx BANS GUNS IN THESE PREMISES" law? If not, businesses (e.g., Target, WalMart, Home Depot) can legally prohibit ICE agents in their premises unless they leave their guns outside.
