I hope this reduces middle class landlordism. I think a lot of people build up cash savings, realise they are getting very little return on them, and decide to "invest" in a flat to rent out. Cause the country is obsessed with property and that's all they can think of do with it

Sunday nights at Optimo were some of the best nights of my life. I remember the nomadic years after the suby was closed due to the fire next door & it was in Planet Peach on Queen St & Mas in Royal Exchange Sq but Twitch (& Wilkes) always made it great whereever
