My counterintuitive Thanksgiving realization was that it's much less work to just cook everything than to host a pot luck while we're cooking.

I think so. That's a *very* tight timeline for actually sending the thing out the door again. Not impossible but unlikely.

Based on too much delivery customer service duty, I'm assuming everything going onto the truck gets scanned, and that triggers the status change rather than the truck leaving the building.
