I made peanut butter cookies today. First time using the stand mixer, and first time not using store bought cookie dough. They turned out well, though the recipe left out a couple steps at the end (which is why they don’t look like what you’d expect for peanut butter cookies.

Lucy has a vet appt tomorrow morning, so we put the carrier on the table. Same as with George. When we went downstairs for dinner, she lying inside. I had to go back down a moment ago, and she’s curled up in there again. She adorable.

George had a vet appt this morning, so we put the cat carrier on the table—I want them to not be scared of it. When I came down this morning, George was definitely not afraid of it.

Lucy just walked across my keyboard, and somehow managed to open the spotlight search bar and type in Ω. If that doesn't show up, it's the ohm symbol. She's almost as magic as George in what she can do with the keyboard.

I'm watching Fellowship, and the moment where Aragorn throws the apple and it hits Pippin in the head. Then Merry calls back "Pippin!" and it's the same exact frikkin way I say Pippin's name when he's done something like steal my socks or get stuck in the ceiling, or some other Pippin-type activity.

We went to the aquarium today—my sister and her youngest are visiting—and the aquarium had teeny little cuttlefish. So frikkin adorable.

Started my advent calendars yesterday (forgot Monday). Star Wars Lego, and alternating between 12-day Star Wars mini lightsabers and 12-day Lord of the Rings pins. First, Babu Frik, or one of the little aliens of his species and a pin of Sauron’s helm.
