That and the attempts to force AI despite few people wanting it and LOTS of people trying to figure out how to get rid of it. This isn't a desired technology. This isn't like when people lined up in excitement for iphones; it's like when the phones all came loaded with unwanted U2 albums.

The Friday night DnD chats are still some of my favourite moments in FoM thus far. The characters bantering amongst themselves and not just the player is large in part what gives the game so much charm and whimsy~

I guess I apparently just didn’t realize “mumblecore” filmmaking was a thing that existed and I think it sucks and is bad but I suppose I enjoy my fair share of absurdist anti-humor so I can’t be too snooty abt it

Critics apparently just go apeshit for holiday movies where nothing fucking happens bc it’s so ~subversive~ to make a really boring thing in a genre absolutely SATURATED with movies with plots

Also this is less of a Christmas movie than ANYCW like this is not a Christmas movie at all. Christmas technically occurs but it’s mostly just like. Look at this depressed alcoholic and all this mumbling naturalistic (apparently improvised) dialogue

There’s a thing called December Nights in SD that is just an annual like fair thing and part of it is the “hall of nations” which are just little buildings set up to represent various places with people and decor and food from there and this is just to say: Puerto Rico and Denmark are the GOATs
