Fueled on grit. I try 2b wot I want to see in the world. Imperfect. Public service is a love. From MT, MSc in UK, Aged-Out FosterCare, active Whistleblower on public sector procurement fraud/corruption, HealthMed Nerd 4 preservation
I’m definitely using cooking as a coping mechanism during these stressful times. Cooking & running. After the holiday I hope to add a pedicure to that…maybe even a manicure too.

The undergrad head of my public finance program- who also did business/tax fraud with us, etc - was a New Yorker and NYU guy who taught us about Trump in 2000/2001. When ppl say Trump is misunderstood I remind them Trumps reputation is a many decades long documented record. It’s repulsive.

Well, I hope you can get back to doing what you like…..most significant surprise job morphs like that are responding to toxicity in the work environment that most workers aren’t being paid - or supported well enough - to pivot into.

Beautiful work. If the blanket goes missing….i didn’t sneak it. 🤗

And because you’ve also been working hard! Great run time for those morning running conditions.

Quite a messy website in terms of spam ads and not much content.

Here after searching “beef shank” as I finish checking 4 tips b4 doing beef shanks for Thursday. It cost ~$6/lb at Albany Bowl in California, so ~ $15.50 ~ 2.5 lbs. How many ppl you feeding? Food prices are too high, fortunately beef shank is helping offset our other food choices, like organics.

Google is successfully deep into the data economy. The add engine is already full tilt. Cross-site tracking going unregulated in the states forever made it a beautiful gold mine.

Fingers crossed this also marks a change in luck for your name getting pulled for the big marathons. It’s too bad you’re not making it through the lottery system….yet.

Nice! I love Brussels, would have loved an opportunity to live there.

In the U.S., especially when I was in Washington state, I knew more and more kids who left the school system for not serving their kids well for various challenges that the schools had to meet and weren’t, despite extra funding. It’s becoming a bigger issue in blue states.

Age, food and time are tireless foes. You medal for focus and perseverance! ☺️

If it matters, I thought french paired best with latin, but other languages have better longterm career use + value of data sciences. Every kid should now know to plan for two careers and is a reason U.S. education should be affordable and accessible.

Also took latin and learned a smattering of german, spanish, french and italian, which over time degraded my ability to spell but it made my 20s pretty fun seeing the world and having diverse friends. It’s definitely key to impress the value of kindness AND maintaining friendships as kids age.

Ahhh, so the age wall has caught up to the genetics/body architecture wall. That’s rough. Having to work with physical therapists for a long time has instilled in me the value of doing the PT exercises/stretching before and after as the game changer for feeling good.

But smarter kids in general r going to suffer more in the U.S. in unless they are born into wealth and stay that way….and they will have different massive problems. Homeschooling may amplify the exclusion and loneliness of being gifted if the kid isn’t building uplifting tight social circles too

I switched from AP English to reg english class for 1 hr on 1 day & I wanted to shoot myself in the face. I figured out how to pay rent and take the minimum statutory class load my senior year of high school to survive. I was told if I graduated early with just a diploma I wouldn’t get scholarships

Wow, the wildlife is so comfortable with the people. 😍

As long as the one they currently have isn’t due for replacement.
November 25, 2025 at 4:50 AM
This is what I was thinking, but if it’s an older battery already due for replacement and it happened a few times already, that would do it, but it doesn’t cost $1K to fix, just a new battery.
