Also, even tho I know Applefitness VO2Max calcs are 🐕 💩, I am amused by the head pats for feeding it my outdoor GPS data. I’m solidly “high” now for my age bracket and edging closer to 40.

Current blip is outdoor california runs showing a 35.7 avg, blips before that were outdoor runs in July/August in California and Seattle.

We finally made a huge penzeys spice purchase after conserving between moves. SEA to DEN, DEN to East Bay. www.penzeys.com is an amazing company that values human rights, workers rights and the public. 🥰 A box of 17 + 8 more mixes we ❤️. Left a few out/got smaller sizes this time, but covered for now

Bring Back the 90’s Design Account discloses that violence must happen first Americans to be doing enough and suggests that proposing there isn’t a place for violence means the account has nothing else to say.
