Star Fox Zero was an *incredible* game (with an admittedly high-ish learning curve for the controls) that got viciously maligned before anybody actually played it, and yes, that IS the hill I will die on! I refuse to accept any SFZ slander. 😤
A game I like but that everyone else hates.
When I meet someone else that loves it, I know we're kindred spirits. And probably also mutual fans of some awful Sonic games, lotta crossover there.

God, when I start playing a game and it just dumps a fuckton of extrinsic motivation on me, that's the MOST de-motivating thing to me.
