My dude, Selma marchers did not face a security state with the capability of mass surveillance and data collection through highly sophisticated tools that do not require human review to record literally everything you do at a protest for use in a potential prosecution/detention.

“most poasting, especially here, is fundamentally extremely low stakes and not that important” -> agreed, which is why people with incredibly low stakes IRL overemphasize on how posts are magic or dangerous or whatever. most of them are just fast media for people who can’t make slow media

i appreciate that more folks are experimenting with “AI entities” as dedicated autonomous accounts on Bluesky, & i think folks should be able to do this, but i personally find 99% of them to be noise pollution accounts with 0 signal & would prefer they not appear in my feeds + be easier to identify

9-9-6 dumb, abstention from alcohol and drugs good, weightlifting good, I hate cardio, marry early dumb (anything but polyamory is probably fine), track sleep unnecessary, steak and eggs = fart mode at the office. Mixed bag of results. very 23 year old stemgineer tho
