ADHD diagnosis after 30. Took almost 4 years to get a psych interested in dialing in my meds. I probably still have the wrong dose and at least one other disorder.
Diagnosis and meds were a breakthrough for me and I don't need to drink 4 cups of coffee a day to function but my brain still sucks.
