Has anyone been able to identify the “if you raise your voice, I erase your voice” agent?

Because that’s someone who, for public safety, should be named and identified and warned about.

The main issue the judge ruled on is: the state constitution requires that an amendment be passed *before* an election, and the judge sides with the GOP in taking issue with the fact that Democrats passed it last fall after early voting had begun.

A local judge in Virginia has *blocked* the constitutional amendment Democrats have been pushing forth to gerrymander the state.

Whether this is upheld on appeal, or whether it's reversed, will loom very large on House control.

Just a quick note about Bovino being moved and the other aesthetic politicoplasty the Trump administration is undertaking:

I heard someone say it was “extreme” to demand the names of the ICE agents who murdered Alex Pretti.

No. Demanding government disclosure of the names of government agents when they kill Americans is moderate.

Wanting to read the names off the plaque at a mass grave would be, perhaps, extreme.

Looks like Greg Bovino is the chosen fall guy as the Trump admin scrambles to navigate the anti-ICE backlash. Reportedly being "forced into retirement" and denied access to his social media accounts.

Don't accept it for a second. Keep pushing for full accountability.

There are about 100 protesters outside Schumer’s building in the middle of the blizzard urging him to whip Dem votes against any more ICE/CBP funding.

This is 100% FALSE. Immigration judges do NOT play any role in issuing administrative warrants. They are generated and signed by ICE officers themselves. ICE’s own training materials say they can’t be used for a search of a home!

Here’s a blank warrant form. Note who signs it.
