Something mundane from my work-life. #PathSky.
This is a sentinel lymph-node (LN) biopsy from a patient with malignant melanoma:

Already from low power you can see a "jump" in the texture of the LN. On higher power: atypical cells which produce pigment. --> Melanoma metastasis.
