One of my favorite things is staying up late into the night and drifting into the early morning. I love the calm. I love the uncertainty. I even love the little bit of fear, it makes me feel something. I think that’s why I like it so much. I’m searching for feeling. I’ve started to realize that I’m often numb, and maybe that’s why I tend to overreact in so many parts of my life.

I’ve been really diving into stuff like this. Modern games chasing nostalgia, but with good modern quality of life.
Rainy Day Racer from @illegaldogs.bsky.social is a pleasant surprise - a cheap and simplistic game with only 3 tracks, 3 cars, and limited to time trialing, that manages to be more entertaining than I expected. Handling is excellent and channels Ridge Racer with the drift-on-rails mechanics.

Just bought the level 90 skip on #FFXIV Whoever thought that letting you buy a story skip for ARR but NOT leveling you to 50 or 60 for Heavensward, your moms a hoe.

I’ve been in a reading rut sadly. Finished a book I loved in high school and realized it wasn’t as awesome as I remember. None of my audio books are sticking. Not sure what’s up. Anyone have any good recommendations for a quick read to get me out of my funk? #readingrecommendations

Ok friends, I am back. We are in the process of making our Youtube channels. Yes plural. We will have Cardboard Conquerors, our tabletop channel and also Virtual Vagabonds, our digital gaming channel. We are making a variety of content for so depending on what does well we will focus on it.<3

I lied. I’m doing none of this.

Man checking out a lot of different TTRPGS and gotta saw Fabula Ultima is kick ass because it’s gives you a pdf copy with your hard copy.
I’m really turned off by Tales of the Valiant and PF, chasing DnDs style of charging me again for the digital version of the book.
