Nearly 2 wks ago, went to see a podiatrist cause my left heel would hurt during long walks or jogging. Was diagnosed w/ a moderate posterior calcaneal bone spur & recommended to be in this boot for 10 days & physical therapy for 3 months.
10 days in this boot sucked. After tonite no more boot, YAY
