Sam Darnold couldn't have possibly made a better throw than the one he uncorked to Jaxon Smith-Njigba for 61-yard touchdown. Right in the damn bucket!

He has had a couple throws like that the entire season.

He has largely kept the ball out of harms way. He has the lowest turnover worthy play rate in the NFL.

Got very lucky a few times! He seems to be making the same mistake of throwing “away” into the traffic (middle of field) which ends up getting deflected for a possible INT! Either throw it away or hit the dirt at your feet or just eat a sack.

Texans D will be a good test!

Replacing Geno Smith, plenty of skeptics wondered if Sam Darnold could continue his breakout play from 2024 with the #Seahawks.
