Did a figure drawing class last week. It was a lot of fun. I didn't like any of my 1 or 5 minute drawings, but here's the 15 and 20 minutes paintings. Pretty rough, but I like what I managed in a short time.

Trump says we bombed Iran
Trump: We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. All planes are now outside of Iran air space. I was trying out different surfaces. This is an old fence board with no undercoat at all. I like the result, but painting directly on something so absorbent was a huge pain. #art #portrait #painting

This is the opposite page from the last one. Also painted on vacation. I don't like the overall image as much here, but I'm really happy with the rendering style. Also the camera brings out the warmth of the paper in an interesting way that isn't as visible in person. #art #painting #portrait

I painted this one on vacation, and I love it. It has my favorite brushstrokes quality of any so far. I also really like how the extra shapes finish the image. #art #painting #portrait
