That cannot be challenged on the simple grounds of, “can’t use replay to assess a missed penalty call?”

So video replay assist looks at the Mariota scramble and rules that the runner was down by contact. The contact in question is a classic leg-whip trip, which is a 15 yard penalty. And the Commanders are the ones who suffer. The NFL makes so much sense all the time.
