This follows Jon Stewart’s decision to platform her.

Powerful testimony from ICE watchers in suburban Minnesota:
“If I am killed doing this, throw my body at the White House, martyr the shit out of me & raise hell. Do not be sad. Do not think I would do anything differently. I would do it over & over again — this is too important to sit down & shut up and not do anything.” www.mprnews.org/story/2026/0...

A reminder to the news media: “conflicting accounts” is what you say BEFORE the incontrovertible video evidence appears. After that, your job is to ask why one side is lying, not to repeat the lie and pretend no one knows the truth.

It's easy to look at this and say "this is not a science issue." But doing so concedes to these lunatics that things like facts and evidence don't matter, and they will continue to apply that to science & everything else.

The denial of reality is the same whether it's vaccines, climate, or murder.
Noem lies shamelessly: "An individual approached order Patrol officers with a 9mm semi-automatic gun. The officers attempted to disarm this individual, but the armed suspect reacted violently. This looks like a situation where an individual arrived to inflict maximum damage and kill law enforcement"

He refused to pressure his members to vote against ICE. He quite literally chose not to lead. Pathetic.

Weak messaging again. They DO lay hands on Americans exercising their rights.

Try: "It is illegal for ICE and DHS officials to target people exercising their constitutional rights and we will hold them accountable."
The First Amendment protects the public’s right to:

1. Film ICE in public

2. Photograph ICE in public

3. Observe what ICE does in public

ICE and DHS officials cannot lay a finger on any American who is peacefully exercising First Amendment rights.

Remember, when Vance was caught spewing racist lies that Haitian immigrants were eating people's pets, he admitted that "if I have to create stories so that the American media actually pays attention to the suffering of the American people, then that's what I'm going to do."
