I don't feel comfortable with being vulnerable with people who actively look down on people who don't have it all together while they're suffering. "I toughed it out so you should too" is a yikes take imo

not sure who follows me who would be assisted by this information: if you're into a scent or fragrance but can't afford the parfum or EDP, see if the company offers bar soap. it sounds silly but at least a few of them offer bar soap for anywhere from 5-15 USD, and it's practical.
