New EU rules will reshape how online scams are handled. Banks must refund customers if fraudsters posing as them steal money or run payments without consent.

I wish I could just spend a day in bed and recover, but every second I’m not drawing, any opportunities I might’ve had are taken by russian artists who comfortably live their lives and keep getting hired, even though their taxes fund a genocidal war. I hate this.
