This week, we presented to the Oregon legislature about the values AND dollars our team is protecting for Oregon.

To date, our federal litigation has meant about $4,600,000,000 in funding continues to flow to disaster mitigation projects, public schools, hospitals, and so much more. #orpol

We can’t lose focus on the fact that Trump and Bondi are BREAKING THE LAW by refusing to release the full Epstein Files. We passed my bill to release the files. It was signed into law—by Trump himself! We must enforce the law.

This. ICE was formed in 2003 as a part of the Homeland Security Act of 2002, a direct result of Congress feeling urgency in post 9/11 reforms.

Zero reason it can't be scrapped - and yes, that's something to mention to them on the phone/in emails.

Every single journalist that talks about an AI as if it has agency like this should be fired on the spot for journalistic malpractice.

I don't care if you're the intern that write the tweet or the editor that approved the headline. Out. Stop. No. Bad. You are bad at your job and should not do it.

Trump risked American lives to kidnap Maduro just to have him replaced by one of Maduro's authoritarian cronies. This has nothing to do with drugs or ousting an authoritarian leader. It's a clown car of incompetence in an effort to enrich oil companies.

I know everyone is pointing it out but I do think it is absolutely reckless editorial practice to cite what an AI says, especially in a headline.

Grok has no authority, nor does it have a meaningful explanation for what happened, and citing it obscures those actually responsible for literal crimes.

The DOJ identified at least 10 co-conspirators who worked with Epstein and Maxwell. It’s obvious to anyone with two eyes that Epstein and Maxwell were engaged in organized crime, yet NO ONE ELSE involved in Epstein’s sex trafficking ring has faced criminal charges. Why?

Honestly sick of people telling me they "have to" stay on X "for the reach."

"It's where the people I need to reach are." No, it's not. You can bring them here.

"The people I want to follow are there." You can bring them here too.

Lots of other people have. You can too.
This has always been a Bluesky-first campaign. But as of today, we will no longer be using Twitter. At all.

And I'm calling on other candidates to follow suit.

Don’t forget that *Trump’s own lawyer’s argument* to the Supreme Court in the immunity case was that the check on the President using his immunity to order criminal acts was that those under him would not follow illegal orders. Now it’s a crime for lawmakers to remind servicemembers of that?
The President doesn't want you standing up and speaking out against him, so he's coming after me to intimidate all of us.

But I won't back down — and neither should you.

Still depressing that this isn’t THE story of his first year.
The numbers vary from study to study but hundreds of thousands of people have died because of Elon Musk and Marco Rubio illegally disbanding USAID — a body count on par with the first eight years of the Syrian civil war — In just seven months. It’s mass death that is simply unfathomable in scale.
