A reminder to the news media: “conflicting accounts” is what you say BEFORE the incontrovertible video evidence appears. After that, your job is to ask why one side is lying, not to repeat the lie and pretend no one knows the truth.

I am so mad that US media keep saying “local official dispute the statements from the federal government.” what US media should be saying is “video evidence disputes the lies coming from this administration.” NPR just said this 10 minutes ago and it’s so aggravating. @npr.org @mprnews.org
The answer is no and we are all waiting for us news outlets to report what they see and not repeat propaganda
International outlets continue to be the best at simply reporting what they see. Have any local papers called out how the witness videos contradict the DHS statement as well as this Guardian piece?

- MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (FBI equivalent) got a warrant for the evidence on the scene
- Tried to execute it
- Were forcibly turned away by feds
- Filed for a temporary restraining order
- TRO granted by the federal district court

Don't repeat the lie that any of this is happening during "targeted" immigration enforcement. Agents are roaming the city, looking for suspicious skin colors or the hint of an accent.
