My biggest nerd ass hang-up that proves I did, in fact, work in national electoral politics is that support is a mostly meaningless, irrelevant number you can chop up to say whatever you want while intention to vote is what wins elections and speaks to the actual, functional support for a party.
According to CNN the most motivated voters would vote for Dems by 16 in 2026. Registered voter polls are understating Dem midterm advantage pretty substantially. www.cnn.com/2026/01/18/p...

I have never been a fan of this guy but there’s gotta be some kind of code where people sitting on their asses posting shouldn’t come after people who are actually in the streets
I don’t have time nor inclination to think much about this right now but in the last 12 hours or so a ton of people in the left of this site have suddenly been attacking me, including with carefully edited screenshots of old tweets, and I’m pretty confused what’s happening.

gachas operate on FOMO to preserve their userbase but it doesn't fully work on me because I have AMOSC (actually missed out sunk cost) so if I miss a month or so of content it makes me want to just quit entirely
