lemme clarify for a sec. David Kim's previous venture, Battle Aces, was FUCKING FIRE. distilled RTS decision making into a max of a 10 minute game. we lost a lot of decision making as far as builds/scouting, but the game forced the issue of GO FUCKING FIGHT and got shit solved in <5 minutes

okay. shape of dreams is like everything I think I want in a roguelike ARPG if it actually has any sort of end game content. great combat, great controls whether kbm/controller, fun progression that’s not rng dependent, drop and pick up at any time gameplay. actually feeling that “just one more run”
