With all the lying from the administration, news media should not even entertain the thought that this time Noem and company are telling a truth. A good reporter asks hard questions and seeks truth.
A reminder to the news media: “conflicting accounts” is what you say BEFORE the incontrovertible video evidence appears. After that, your job is to ask why one side is lying, not to repeat the lie and pretend no one knows the truth.

I went back to X for 3 mos before the election just to stay informed. It was so abusive.
The fact that I've been on Bluesky for 1 yr without needing Prozac means that I can stay informed WHILE staying safe & sane.
