Since I've been doing so great keeping my spider plant alive, my husband got me a little African violet and I'm obsessed. The pictures really don't capture how pretty this tiny plant is; the petals look like they're brushed with glitter. 🥹💜

Adding to the chain here: even if you've had issues with irregular periods before, if something changes, PLEASE GET CHECKED OUT. Don't assume it's just your body changing with age, don't assume that debilitating cramps are just normal for some people, just don't be my dumb ass, please.
Also, get your mammograms or talk to your dr if something feels off. My SIL was around 35 or so when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had to get chemo, radiation, and a mastectomy. Neither her mom nor her older sister had breast cancer. She's not a smoker, she met my bro at the gym.
Get your colons checked friends, and don't ignore warning signs! My BIL has been battling stage IV for 7 years and was diagnosed at 30, and now her step-dad is having a mass removed next month.

I find it ironic that I know so many people with uteruses who would like to remove them because they don't plan on using them, but can't because of insurance or other bullshit. Whereas I have always had every intention of using mine, and might be forced to yeet the fucker anyway. Fuck cancer. 🙃
