Ward 7 could have been so easy. It's been demoralizing to watch things go off the rails due to petty politicking, classic progressive purity testing, and old grudges (and frankly, a ton of sexism).

Are we ever going to learn our lesson?
Well, this is certainly predictable.
It's also avoidable. Progressives just repeating 2021 in Ward 7. 🤦 #yyccc

Calgary drops from 5th to 18th liveable city due to heath care, which is a provincial responsibility. But Post Media blames the Feds saying “strains in Canada’s national health service intensified” is the cause.

We don’t have a National Health service in Canada, so WTF are they talking about?

Top climate priorities:

1. Electrify everything. Yes even that.
2. Stop burning anything for energy. Seriously.
3. Build and install as much solar PV and batteries as you have money for using the latest technology.

If we don’t do these 3 things as fast as possible our civilisation might be lost.

So kind of like Alberta, but WAY bigger? (We don’t have food stamps, obviously, but very low income people had their benefit clawed back). Cool.
Last night house republicans voted to:
- Raise utility bills and energy prices across the board
- Increase air pollution
- Cut food stamps
- Cut healthcare for millions
- Cut gender-affirming care for millions
- Cede technology leadership to China
- Increase national debt and interest costs
