Premier Smith should take a moment to read the Building Canada Act. It’s right there in section 5(1.1): Feds “must…obtain [a province or territory’s] written consent if the project falls w/in areas of exclusive provincial or territorial jurisdiction.”

BTW if you are a parent with a kid with a disability, including learning disability, please read up NOW about the requirements on the medical expense tax credit and tutoring expenses and get an appointment booked with a qualified medical professional to get said tutoring recommended!

The parent sites are LIT with parents looking for tutors that speak French. We already have one and hubby speaks French but works private sector so works more hours than is legit, but for October I am starting to think he could triple his income by taking vacay and becoming a tutor

Just logged onto the new website to support parents through the teachers strike and accessed the parent toolkit for french immersion for my grade 7. I guess someone forgot to tell the Alberta government that many parents of kids in french immersion don't actually speak french
