Views expressed are entirely my own.

Your argument or politics matters less to me than your honesty and integrity.
What chance have we got to have an honest debate about migration when the UK government uses inciteful language to describe asylum seekers?

@ukhomeoffice.bsky.social needs to correct this and apologise. If govts lie to voters, if politics doesn't involve trust, how do politicians think this ends?
The Home Office now describes asylum seekers as "illegal immigrants [living in hotels]" with no reference to the reason that these people are in government-funded accommodation is that this government has taken & will process the asylum claim from them in 98-99% of cases of unauthorised entry.

£180 for all of the BBC's output? Yes please. I would rather fund ad-free British content than the tech bros' American streamers. And as I listen, read and watch primarily BBC content, £15 a month seems fair to me.

Not a good look for @bethrigby.bsky.social and @skynewsrss.bsky.social to offer this degree of hyperbole over one dishonest man vs the mishandling of the pandemic and the devastation of #Brexit.

No more #ElectoralDysfunction for me.
OK this makes me extremely angry. Has everyone forgotten the massive profiteering from thousands of avoidable pandemic deaths?? The unconstitutional suspension of parliament to force through an act of nationalist destruction that cost our children their future??

Dr Richard North is a long time EU-phobe and Climate Change denier who, before the 2016 referendum, wrote ‘Flexit’ a template and guide for a permanent EU exit for the UK. Quite a clever man, if he also is disparaging of Farage everyone, especially members of Reform, should be very concerned!

Is it unreasonable to ask the BBC to report every conviction for murder and add the immigration status of each accused, just to get an accurate picture of how many, or how few, violent crimes are attributable to asylum seekers vs home grown criminals?

REFORM - leading in the polls - charges prospective candidates £125 to apply to run as an MP - before selecting a GB News host who is a colleague of the party leader and one of his MPs to run instead.

You'd honestly think this was newsworthy.

But apparently not.
Reform seem to have been charging people £125 to put themselves up as potential Gorton and Denton parliamentary Candidates:

Applications closed Sunday.

When did they select Goodwin?
