The targeting of Fed Chair Jerome Powell is our warning. The Fed must stay independent not because it's perfect, but because once monetary policy becomes political, economic stability collapses.

Dear Sen. Fetterman, you need to step down. You’ve demonstrated poor judgment from the start and it only gets worse. You betrayed pa residents in every way. Get your healthcare in order and submit your resignation
Congrats again to the 99 Senators who unanimously confirmed this guy to participate in wildly unprecedented unconstitutional behavior that makes every previous presidential scandal look like a high school prank. Truly, well done.

Law enforcement officers have always been unmasked in this country until ICE started wearing them last year.

*That* is the departure from norms. *That* is the step too far.

More and more Americans are voicing their outrage at the tactics being deployed by federal agents in Minnesota. But it’s important to understand the broader implications of what this administration is doing, and the threat it poses to the basic freedoms of every American.

2. Then, the biggest donors met privately with Trump, urging a repeal of a rule intended to prevent neglect of patients.

3. Months later, the White House approved a full repeal.

He pardons his friends, convicted drug kingpins, & Jan 6th rioters who attacked police, but goes after Chair Powell for refusing to act as a rubber stamp.
With action against Powell and the Fed, Trump's list of targeted opponents grows longer
President Donald Trump’s administration has gone after multiple elected and appointed government officials who have either directly opposed the Republican president or not granted his wishes.
