Here’s a funny thing. I can always tell when it’s been a particularly strainful day because when I get home I’ll watch TV or read a book and get a particular phrase from it stuck in my head, and can’t stop from repeating it over and over again for ages. No idea why. It’s oddly soothing. Recommend!
