"Epstein class" is terrific not simply because several of them are directly tied to Epstein's crimes, but because it strikes at the corruption, immorality and impunity of that entire circle.
Ossoff: We were told that MAGA was for working-class Americans. But this is a government of, by, and for the ultra-rich. It’s the wealthiest Cabinet ever. This is the Epstein class. They are the elites they pretend to hate.

At the very heart of the conflict raging in the United States is a conflict about human nature, a deep moral and philosophical conflict. I believe the isolationists will lose in the long run because they are not only out of step with the majority but they are out of step with reality....

The cost of Alternatives to Detention programs is far less than the cost of detention. A news release from ICE in 2022, now archived, stated that the “daily cost per ATD participant is less than $8 per day versus the cost of detention, which is approximately $150 per day.”

All of these children and their parents were detained despite being eligible for release, as they are not flight risks, and were seeking asylum and other humanitarian protections in the United States. None of these children or their parents had a criminal history anywhere in the world.

Some are cowards, some are corrupt, some are fascists at heart.
I can’t get over how increasingly desperate and worried district judges are — they are doing all the right things — and how they’re being betrayed by appellate judges and a Supreme Court, both too cowardly to stand behind their decisions.
Judge Biery signed the order with a photo of Liam and two bible verses: The first is "But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven." The second is simply "Jesus wept."

Astonishing thing for a judge to do.

If you are one of those folks maybe we take all your things away and send you to an uninhabited island to be eaten alive by feral crabs?

The 9th Circuit says she had no authority to do that.
DHS Secretary Kristi Noem’s termination of Temporary Protected Status for Venezuelans and Haitians was unlawful, a Ninth Circuit panel found.

I get tired of saying it, but I’ll say it again: the nature of oppression in America is that they workshop it first on Black, Latino, Asian & Native people.

But it is always, in the end, coming for everyone.
The arrests of journalists Don Lemon and Georgia Fort are a test for every MSM member with a platform. If you are not voicing your outrage at this blatant violation of the First Amendment, you are utterly discredited as a journalist.

Here's the thing, Greg — free speech is still protected by the First Amendment under the Constitution.

If you want folks to stop saying you're the secret police who are kidnapping and killing people, maybe stop acting like the secret police who are kidnapping and killing people.
Bovino: "When politicians, community leaders, & some journalists engage in that heated rhetoric we keep talking about, when they make the choice to vilify law enforcement calling law enforcement 'Gestapo' or using the term 'kidnapping,' that is a choice & there are actions & consequences."
