The #ByrdRule should be amended to require all reconciliation provisions be permanent to avoid the gimmicks we are seeing with:
No Tax on Tips,
No Tax on Overtime,
No Tax on Social Security and every other temporary provision we've seen in TCJA, OBBBA, EGTRRA, and JGTRRA.
