My patience for brands is so close to zero anymore.
Just had a bad experience with Zenni Optical and because of some delays they're only offering 25% store credit back on a $130 pair of useless glasses.
Argue if you want if that's fair, but it's sure a strong disincentive to ever use them again.

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."
There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

Our beloved Alice Wong has joined the ancestors. It was one of the great honors of my life to call Alice my friend, co-author & co-conspirator. She was a true genius, a force of nature the likes of which the world has never seen before. I love you, Alice, and am equal parts grateful and devastated

Spouse did the mask/helmet construction (various foams on a cheap hard hat base) kids did sculpting, sanding and helped with assembly, and I did the cloaks in fleece (for warmth and to avoid the need to hem anything.)
I'm so pleased with how it all came out, and the kids had a great time
