Now play this out. An AI agent asks an LLM for data; LLM gives an amount off by $200. The agent takes that fact and runs with it and does some other action, based on an error.

Who’s responsible for that screw up? Because until we figure that out, lots of companies will be cautious with this.
So Google's AI can't reliably add up numbers: "In my previous response, I typed $2,887.67 (a $200 typo), but the actual math on those lines equals $2,687.67."

Trump, who says he had "no idea" at the time that Epstein sexually molested girls, told the police in 2006 that "everyone has known he’s been doing this.” That's according to an FBI interview with the then-Palm Beach police chief.
Here's a gift link to Julie K. Brown's article in the Miami Herald.
Trump told Palm Beach police chief ‘everyone’ knew about Epstein, Maxwell was ‘evil’
The new information comes as Ghislaine Maxwell was summoned to appear Monday before a Congressional committee.

I'm convinced AI is our generation's radium - a discovery with genuinely useful applications in specific, controlled circumstances that we stupidly put in everything from kid's toys to toothpaste until we realised the harm far too late where future generations will ask if we were out of our minds.

The tax law passed by Congress last year let Amazon pay just $2.8B in federal income taxes—down from more than $7B in each of the prior two years.

All while its profits jumped 44.5% to $89.5B.

This is the same company that announced 16k layoffs last month.

Some 17 years after Bitcoin’s launch, the one and only “killer app” in crypto is the stablecoin: a digital version of old-fashioned fiat money, which the financial and banking industry already digitalized decades ago, Nouriel Roubini observes.

I've written about the overarching post story, causes, underlying pattern. But the failure of Lewis or Bezos to even show up, literally or figuratively, on a day of devastating cuts epitomizes the profound lack of character and accountability that is so common place today within the American elite.

The admin is creating incentives to not hire POC unless they clearly, explicitly have objectively superior CVs. Otherwise, you have to create an extensive record justifying the hire.

Meanwhile, if you reject POC, you are confident the administration won't pursue a lawsuit.
It sounds like the EEOC is trying to bring back the pattern or practice enforcement action.
