My parents BOTH got polio when they were young. Their brothers and sisters were in iron lungs, they were the oldest and didn’t complain if the pain and suffering.
Neither ever rode a bike, roller skated, danced, flew a kite, played tag, ice skated, ran down a hill or somersaulted.
