I am just as ill at ease over the way this administration has hijacked American democracy...and taking basic competence with them.

But for a number of reasons I'm done with outrage. These people no longer get my anger. Just my determination to replace it and chaos with justice and kindness.

I'm becoming more convinced there will be a tipping point when MAGA won't be able to justify the obvious decline...and maybe that changes the electoral math, and possibly a culture shift in governing.

I'll welcome them taking the exit ramp. But I won't trust anyone who rode that train.

He's said he's never done any drugs, partially because his older brother died of alcoholism. As reprehensible as he is, I don't see any evidence of drug use.

I do think the Oval Office occupant has dementia. That's based on having a mom who died of Alzheimer's in 2018. She also had legit psychiatric problems for as long as I can remember.

The president's long-term psych issues are obvious, now magnified by age-related dementia.

Just my opinion.

THIS JUST IN...

The 1st Amendment protects everyone's speech, especially objectionable stuff. Personally, I think MAGA talking points are self-evidently nonsense starting with one small person's psychopathology.

But other people said the same about things that turned out to be true.

Free speech.

I was just watching a YouTube video, and the ad in the middle started with, "If you skip God, God will skip you too."

I watch Carl Sagan, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Christopher Hitchens, etc so maybe that's why the ad targeted me.

My out loud response: "Fuck You."

My opinion:

There is no god ready to pounce because it likes the propriety of what your fellow humans say about its law. Whatever any god wants for us is in the laws of gravity, evolution, physics and logic. There's no overtime period where we go to a hot place or luxury spa based on our behavior.
